Public transfort is not as good as the UK so you will need a car to discover North Cyprus. There are lots of beautiful places and beaches just waiting to be discovered. I like to give you some information about the history and places to visit in North cyprus. North Cyprus carries 9000 years of history and there are lots of interesting places to visit. some of the 'Must See' are Salamis Ruins, St. Barnabas Monastery, St.Hilarion Castle and the Blue House, and do not miss Karpaz beach one of the best and clearest beaches in North Cyprus. We should say around the world, there are miles and miles of sandy beach, if you are lucky you can see 2-3 people walking on the beach. This is the real med waiting to be discovered.

On your return if you are leaving your car at Ercan airport make sure you leave your car key in car otherwise if car not found in the car we will charge you. There is a car park at Ercan airport cosing you £ 2-3 gbp, you can leave your car at this car park. If you want to leave the car in a different location please let us know. The contact details can be found on the contract. Car park fees - in North Cyprus are approximatley 2-3ytl daily if you are in town or private car parks read the signs because car park fees can be charged at an hourlyrate. However in most places they are free of charge especially if you are not in the middle of town. Make sure when you leave your car locked.

While you are using your car if you see any warning lights on in the car please let the company know so they can investigate and see if there is a problem.

For Petrol : there is unleaded petrol available in North cyprus, you can see on the car information, most of the cars are unleaded. Litre of petrol is around £1 so it is cheaper than the UK, also we have smaller engine cars so petrol does not cost you a lot. Most of the Garages accept Credit cards £ and Euro. In the towncentre some petrol stations are open 24hrs however not all of them so watch your petrol if you are driving a fair distance, while you are on your holiday if you go to a restaurant and you are planning to drink please don't take the risk and of driving take a taxi, they are not expensive and it could save your life.
