The ‘Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all online and telephone bookings.

All rates featured on a1cyprus.com are subject to availability and a1cyprus.com reserves the right to refuse any bookings for a good reason.  You will always find the best rates that are available on a1cyprus.com

Payments:

You can pay by credit card either via our secure link or over the telephone. We accept payments via Visa, Master Card and American Express – no charges will be made during the booking process.  After we have made the booking and taken the money you will get a receipt, the payment will be collected in Turkish Lire we convert from GBP on the day using the up to date rate as published on XE.com an International currency converter.

Cancellation: by customer of hotel, transfer or car hire

More than 56 days         90 %  refunded
Between 52 and 43 days % 75 refunded
Between 42 and 29 days % 55 refunded
Between 28 and 15 days % 35 refunded
Between 14 and 8 days  % 15 refunded
7 days or less before arrival No refuned

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking of the hotel, transfer or car hire please advise us as soon as possible via either email or telephone – when you call please have your reference number ready.

Cancellation or alteration of flight tickets:

Please read carefully the terms and conditions which will be issued with your tickets from the appropriate airline.  These charges will be the responsibility of the customer – IT IS IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION YOU GIVE US WHEN BOOKING IS CORRECT AS AMENDING YOUR TICKETS CAN BE EXPENSIVE.

Upgrading your room:

For existing bookings should you wish to upgrade your room please quote your reference number and a1cyprus.com will check availability with the hotel, advising you of the upgrade supplement and handling charge.

If a1cyprus.com cancel your booking:

If for any reason a1cyprus.com has to cancel your booking we will give you a 100% refund.

Use of personal information:

Your details are confidential and secure and will not be disclosed to any other source.

Security:

Whenever you book on line our site is protected ‘128 bit encrypted’.  Should you prefer it is possible to make your payment over the telephone

The contract arising from any confirmed arrangements is to be interpreted according to and subject to the laws of TRNC. ( Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
